Automatic installments will be available only with a supported payment method. Your exact second-payment date and amount will be shown before you authorize payment.
Planned installment notices: seven days and two days before the scheduled charge. Receipts, failed-payment notices, secure card updates, and recovery must be verified before launch.
Payment processing is not connected. This page does not collect card numbers or store payment credentials.
A few helpful answers
How do the two payments work?
The first half is collected immediately at checkout. The second half is automatically attempted on the disclosed date, no later than 30 calendar days later. A failed charge may require recovery after that date; a scheduled charge does not guarantee successful collection.
Do I need approval for Financial Support?
No. Any Alumni Brother may voluntarily choose an amount from $175 to $275, paid in full.
Can I use Venmo or Cash App for installments?
These options are planned for eligible one-time payments only. Automatic installment checkout will offer only a payment method verified to support the payment plan.
What happens if a payment fails?
The launch workflow will provide a failed-payment notice and a secure way to update payment details. An unpaid balance remains outstanding until payment is confirmed. Recovery settings are pending configuration and testing.
How are dues and donations tracked?
Dues and optional gifts will have separate accounting categories. Treasurer reporting will track payments received, remaining installment balances, and payment status. Cash App payments must be confirmed and reconciled before being marked paid.
