    How we plan the year

    September–January

    Football season affects Sunday availability, so chapter meetings move to Thursdays at 7 PM.

    February–August

    Meetings return to Sundays at 3:30 PM, normally the 2nd or 3rd Sunday based on conflicts and major events.

    July

    No regular chapter meeting. We use the month for executive planning and back-to-school preparation.
